RECORDING OF TRAINING

Overview

As soon as you change into the Training menu,

your HR monitor will look for the paired digital

transmitters, the chest strap and the Speedbox.

As soon as a signal is identified, contact is made.

In the menu

Training you can:

 Stop your run times and thereby record your

training session.

 Record individual laps.

 Stop and save your recording.

 Delete all recordings.

 Analyze memory messages.

 With , information on the

speed/distances can be displayed in the bot-

tom line.

Once you are in the menu Training, your HR

monitor automatically switches to the main dis-

play. This displays the already recorded training

time on the middle line (after Save/Delete:

00:00:00) and on the line below

Start.
